Job Description
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a globally recognized leader in the testing and certification of gaming devices and systems since 1989. Operating at the forefront of ensuring regulatory compliance for the legalized gambling industry, GLI serves jurisdictions worldwide by verifying that all gaming products meet the stringent standards established by relevant authorities. The company prides itself on a rich history of stability and world-class customer service that supports manufacturers, regulators, and operators within the gambling sector. With an expansive global presence, GLI is committed to fostering a dynamic work environment that values employee development, career growth, and cross-cultural collaboration across its network of North America offices and beyond.
The role of Bilingual Client Services Administrator at GLI is a key administrative position supporting the Latin America Client Services and Projects (LACSP) team. This in-office role, based in one of GLI's North America offices, offers an hourly rate of $24.03 and requires bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish to facilitate concise and professional translation of written correspondence. The administrator will serve as a crucial liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and the timely execution of projects. The position is designed for individuals passionate about sales support and customer service, who excel in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
As a Client Services Administrator, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including organizing and coordinating meetings, tracking project statuses and client billing, and assisting with sales proposal drafting. You will also generate comprehensive reports and statistical summaries to provide insights into business flow, contributing to informed decision-making within the team. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a professional demeanor, even under pressure, and a willingness to work flexible hours, occasionally including early mornings. Your contributions will directly impact the overall efficiency of GLI's client services operations and strengthen the company’s relationships with its valued customers.
GLI offers a competitive total compensation package for US-based candidates, including comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life and disability insurance, paid time off, a 401K savings plan with employer matching, and various bonus programs. Additionally, the company provides an educational assistance program after one year of employment, mental health benefits through an employee assistance program, and voluntary insurance options such as pet, accident, and critical event coverage. Working at GLI means joining a company that values integrity, professionalism, and equal opportunity employment, supporting a diverse workforce where all qualified applicants are welcomed without regard to race, gender, or other protected statuses. This role not only offers an opportunity to advance your administrative and sales support career within a thriving industry but also to contribute meaningfully to a company dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in gaming integrity and customer satisfaction.
