This role is for a Client Success Representative position based in Colorado Springs, CO, operating in-office and reporting directly to the Client Success Team Lead. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients using Underline's fiber-optic network, acting both as the voice of the company and the advocate for client needs. The position demands an individual with exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex client issues efficiently.
The Client Success Representative will handle inquiries about billing, product issues, technical support, and general client concerns across various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and live chats. They will perform basic and advanced troubleshooting on client hardware and software, guiding clients through diagnostic processes, resolving technical roadblocks, and coordinating with other departments and field technicians as needed. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with installation partners to arrange and monitor appointments, ensuring that service delivery meets high standards, and addressing any follow-up client issues promptly.
Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, flexible in adapting to evolving processes, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. They should demonstrate excellent time management, teamwork, and independent work skills while maintaining professionalism in all client interactions. Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service or client-facing roles
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to networking and client equipment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving work environment

Job Duties
- Answer incoming client emails, calls, and chats regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, technical troubleshooting of client equipment, and general client concerns
- Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting of client hardware and software issues, including network connectivity, device configuration, and performance issues related to client equipment such as routers and modems
- Guide clients through diagnostic steps to identify problems with their equipment and resolve issues when possible, including resetting, configuring, or updating devices
- Investigate client issues in various business systems and collaborate with engineering and network operations teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Coordinate and dispatch technical service teams for onsite support when issues cannot be resolved remotely, ensuring clear communication of troubleshooting steps and equipment status to field technicians
- Work with installation partners to schedule, monitor, and confirm appointments for client installations, upgrades, or repairs, ensuring high-quality completion and prompt resolution of post-installation issues
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate teams with detailed documentation of troubleshooting efforts
- Identify and report trends in client issues by logging and tagging problems, providing data on recurring technical or hardware failures
- Take extra steps to engage clients and advocate for their needs within the business
- Establish a positive rapport with clients and maintain professionalism during technical difficulties or onsite support scheduling
