The Client Services Associate role at SPS is a crucial position responsible for delivering exceptional office, mail, and delivery services to support the smooth daily operations of a dynamic workplace. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, Manager, or equivalent leadership. The Client Services Associate acts as the first point of contact, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to both clients and employees, ensuring a 5-star experience. Responsibilities span multiple functions, including managing inbound and outbound mail and packages, supporting print and copy services, maintaining office upkeep, and assisting with reception and conference room support. The associate is expected to maintain a polished and professional image while fostering positive relationships with clients and internal teams. This role supports essential office operations such as setting up and organizing pantry, kitchen, and meeting areas, ensuring common areas are well stocked and presentable, and assisting with office moves. Additionally, the role involves maintaining office equipment, coordinating service requests, and providing ad hoc support during downtime, including training backup staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, adaptable, a problem-solver, and capable of multitasking independently. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform basic physical tasks such as standing and walking.   • Ensure common areas are organized, stocked, and presentable
  • Assist with office moves and general workplace upkeep
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate service requests as needed
  • Support print and copy services and monitor equipment functionality
  • Take initiative during downtime and support ad hoc tasks
