Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of client/customer service experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • multitasking capability
  • knowledge or willingness to learn brokerage rules
  • willingness to support licensing process if applicable
  • ability to handle client interactions professionally

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of client/customer service experience
  • previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a closely related industry preferred
  • ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
  • outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to build and maintain good working relationships across the enterprise
  • basic understanding of brokerage regulations and client account rules
  • willingness to become a notary if required

Job Duties

  • assist Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager with operational tasks
  • provide exceptional client service with tact and diplomacy
  • manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
  • build and maintain client accounts in accordance with brokerage regulations
  • communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • potentially perform notary duties
