- 1+ years of client/customer service experience

- willingness to support licensing process if applicable

Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of client/customer service experience
- previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a closely related industry preferred
- ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
- outstanding written and oral communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to build and maintain good working relationships across the enterprise
- basic understanding of brokerage regulations and client account rules
- willingness to become a notary if required
