- outstanding written and oral communication skills
- ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- basic understanding of brokerage regulations and client account rules
- willingness to become a notary if requested
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of client or customer service experience
- experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
- outstanding written and oral communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- basic understanding of brokerage regulations
- ability to build and maintain cross-enterprise relationships
- willingness to become a notary if required
