Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- proven experience in insurance, affinity programs, franchise operations, or client relationship management
- strong understanding of the qsr, hospitality, or franchise ecosystem preferred
- exceptional communication skills
- strong organizational and project management skills
- ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties
- serve as a trusted advisor to qsr and franchise clients by delivering customized insurance and risk management strategies aligned to their business objectives
- build and strengthen executive-level relationships while ensuring a world-class client experience
- lead ongoing program execution with a focus on operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and long-term client retention
- collaborate across internal teams and carrier partners to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions
- identify and pursue new business opportunities within the qsr and franchise marketplace
- analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging risks to uncover strategic growth opportunities
- support business development efforts through consultative presentations, industry networking, and relationship expansion
- represent marsh at conferences, trade associations, and industry events as a visible ambassador of the brand
- help shape the future direction of the affinity practice through strategic thinking, market insight, and operational leadership
- partner with leadership to enhance service offerings and expand market presence
- contribute ideas that improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation
- support and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- partner cross-functionally with colleagues across sales, service, analytics, and operations to deliver exceptional results
