Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • proven experience in insurance, affinity programs, franchise operations, or client relationship management
  • strong understanding of the qsr, hospitality, or franchise ecosystem preferred
  • exceptional communication skills
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties

  • serve as a trusted advisor to qsr and franchise clients by delivering customized insurance and risk management strategies aligned to their business objectives
  • build and strengthen executive-level relationships while ensuring a world-class client experience
  • lead ongoing program execution with a focus on operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and long-term client retention
  • collaborate across internal teams and carrier partners to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities within the qsr and franchise marketplace
  • analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging risks to uncover strategic growth opportunities
  • support business development efforts through consultative presentations, industry networking, and relationship expansion
  • represent marsh at conferences, trade associations, and industry events as a visible ambassador of the brand
  • help shape the future direction of the affinity practice through strategic thinking, market insight, and operational leadership
  • partner with leadership to enhance service offerings and expand market presence
  • contribute ideas that improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation
  • support and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • partner cross-functionally with colleagues across sales, service, analytics, and operations to deliver exceptional results
