This full-time position provides flexibility with remote work options near Marsh offices throughout the United States, reflecting Marsh’s commitment to a hybrid work model. The base salary for this role ranges from $120,500 to $256,700, determined by experience, skills, and location, with eligibility for performance-based incentives. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- proven experience in insurance, affinity programs, franchise operations, or client relationship management
- strong understanding of the qsr, hospitality, or franchise ecosystem preferred
- exceptional communication skills
- strong organizational and project management skills
- ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
