Job Description

Lovet Pet Health Care is a well-established and rapidly growing animal hospital network dedicated to providing outstanding healthcare for pets. Founded in 1984, Lovet has expanded to include over 20 locations across Arizona, Chicago, and Michigan, supported by a passionate team of more than 500 veterinary care professionals. As part of The Aspen Group (TAG), Lovet benefits from being associated with a larger healthcare organization known for its commitment to bringing better healthcare to more people. TAG supports over 1,300 locations across 45 states under various consumer healthcare brands and serves millions of patients annually. Lovet’s mission focuses on delivering compassionate, comprehensive veterinary care combined with exceptional client service, ensuring that every pet and their owner receives the attention and respect they deserve.

Lovet Pet Health Care is currently seeking a Client Relations Specialist (Front Desk Receptionist) to join their dedicated team. This role is a vital part of the hospital’s day-to-day operations, serving as the first and last friendly face customers encounter. The Client Relations Specialist plays an essential role in creating positive and lasting impressions that build trust and loyalty with pet owners and patients alike. This position offers a competitive hourly wage between $18.00 and $21.00 and is ideal for individuals who are compassionate about animals and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will greet clients and patients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere with a calm, reassuring demeanor. Your responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, updating patient records, collecting and processing payments, retrieving prescriptions, and assisting clients with pet supply and grooming product purchases. Maintaining a clean and orderly front lobby area is also part of the job, ensuring the environment reflects Lovet’s professional and caring approach.

Beyond the daily administrative tasks, the Client Relations Specialist acts as a crucial link between clients and the veterinary team, ensuring communication flows smoothly and that clients feel supported throughout their visit. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a friendly yet professional attitude, and a genuine love for animals. Lovet provides hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help employees grow both personally and professionally within the company.

Joining the Lovet team comes with many perks, including three weeks of paid time off within the first year, seven paid holidays, uniform allowances, and comprehensive health benefits covering medical, dental, vision, and health savings accounts. Paid parental leave is offered along with opportunities for career advancement. Lovet values diversity and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds without discrimination.

If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can combine your love for animals with your passion for excellent customer service, the Client Relations Specialist position at Lovet Pet Health Care offers an exciting opportunity. You will become part of a committed team that prioritizes quality care for pets and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.
