Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in high-stakes environments
- Proven experience in community building and relational sales
- Ability to host and manage exclusive events
- Strong digital diplomacy skills for online engagement
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality, executive support, or luxury sales
- Background as an Executive Assistant or in executive support is a strong advantage
- Proficient with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to convert relationships into revenue with a relational approach
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to varied executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with obsessive follow-up habits
Job Duties
- Plan and host exclusive high-signal gatherings, dinners, speakers, and offsites for Executive Assistants, Global Travel Managers, and Principals across Boston, Miami, and New York
- Manage post-event engagement to convert guests into leads and leads into brand evangelists
- Actively participate in high-level online communities to engage, provide value, and build rapport
- Track and report on key performance indicators focusing on the conversion of trust to active platform users
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers controlling global travel spend
