Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in high-stakes environments
  • Proven experience in community building and relational sales
  • Ability to host and manage exclusive events
  • Strong digital diplomacy skills for online engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving ability

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality, executive support, or luxury sales
  • Background as an Executive Assistant or in executive support is a strong advantage
  • Proficient with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to convert relationships into revenue with a relational approach
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to varied executive stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with obsessive follow-up habits

Job Duties

  • Plan and host exclusive high-signal gatherings, dinners, speakers, and offsites for Executive Assistants, Global Travel Managers, and Principals across Boston, Miami, and New York
  • Manage post-event engagement to convert guests into leads and leads into brand evangelists
  • Actively participate in high-level online communities to engage, provide value, and build rapport
  • Track and report on key performance indicators focusing on the conversion of trust to active platform users
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers controlling global travel spend
