Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-end hospitality executive support or luxury sales
- Background as an Executive Assistant or executive support preferred
- Strong sales orientation with relational approach
- Familiarity with communication dynamics between Executive Assistants Global Travel Managers and Principals
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with high initiative
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in high-end hospitality executive support or luxury sales
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in executive support strongly preferred
- Proven sales skills with a service-oriented relational style
- Excellent understanding of EA-to-Principal dynamics and communication
- Proficient in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High level of initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Plan and host exclusive high-signal gatherings dinners speakers offsites for Executive Assistants Global Travel Managers and Principals across key cities
- Own the post-event relationship arc turning guests into leads and leads into brand evangelists
- Maintain active presence in high-level online communities providing value and building rapport
- Track and report on conversion of trust KPI focusing on guests becoming active platform users
- Build and manage a vibrant community through strategic relational sales and exceptional service
