Pace focuses on delivering comprehensive environmental services that support the health and safety of communities, ensuring that critical moments and milestones are addressed with expert precision and scientific rigor. With a strong commitment to its mission, Pace continues to evolve and adapt to the growing demands of environmental protection and safety through continuous innovation and client engagement.

Pace is currently seeking a Client Project Manager to join their dedicated team. This full-time role operates from Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The compensation package reflects multiple factors, including the candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. The overall offer is also influenced by market conditions, budgetary constraints, and organizational compensation policies, allowing for a competitive and fair salary.

As a Client Project Manager at Pace, you will assume end-to-end ownership of client projects. This critical position ensures that environmental samples are collected, analyzed, documented, and reported in full compliance with client expectations. You will manage projects with revenue potential up to $2 million, depending on your experience, client assignments, and business needs. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional technical service while maintaining a strong customer focus, ultimately helping Pace achieve its mission to promote environmental safety and community health.

The Client Project Manager will serve as the primary connection between clients and Pace's laboratory services, coordinating project execution and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. You will onboard new clients by providing thorough training on Pace's products and services, help establish client data profiles within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and maintain long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and proactive service. Your efforts will also include leading project planning alongside lab operations, sales, and clients to guarantee accurate setup, pricing, and effective collaboration.

This role requires you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will monitor project status, identify and resolve issues quickly, and drive continuous improvement efforts based on client feedback. Furthermore, as a Client Project Manager, you will contribute to departmental efficiency by sharing ideas and actively participating as a valuable team member.

Pace values individuals who share its passion for environmental protection and community service. Joining the company means becoming part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact through science. You will benefit from a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth, skill development, and meaningful contribution toward sustainability and safety. With a benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, and retirement savings, Pace supports its employees' well-being at every stage of their career.
