We are currently seeking a Client Experience Host to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our world-class client experience standards. The Client Experience Host will act as the welcoming face of our showroom, responsible for engaging with clients in a professional and friendly manner throughout their visit. This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and adaptable attitude, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will not only ensure clients feel warmly received but will also creatively research and personalize client interactions based on individual preferences and interests.

This position is essential in supporting the showroom's hospitality efforts, ensuring all client experience stations are well stocked and impeccably maintained to create a comfortable and inviting environment. The Client Experience Host will work closely with Sales Consultants, providing assistance in the VIP room and across the showroom floor to deliver a seamless and memorable client journey from start to finish. By using the company's CRM system strategically, the Host will gather insights on client preferences, enabling tailored experiences that strengthen the client relationship and promote loyalty.

In addition to client interactions, the role involves administrative duties such as attending departmental meetings, maintaining showroom housekeeping standards, and adhering strictly to company policies and procedures. The Client Experience Host will also be expected to continuously update their knowledge of products and services offered, participate in all required training programs, and recommend improvements to operational practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking
  • ensure clients are welcomed in a timely manner
  • use CRM to facilitate unique client experiences based on individual client interests
  • probe clients to discover likes and dislikes to personalize each experience
  • support all aspects of the client experience and keep clients' needs first
  • support all aspects of hospitality within the showroom
  • ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
  • keep up to date with knowledge of products and services offered
  • maintain all showroom housekeeping standards
  • complete all training requirements through e-learning and other sources
  • be the first point of contact with all clients
  • attend departmental meetings and represent the showroom
  • recommend changes to systems and procedures to improve floor efficiency
