The Client Experience Associate position at Ricoh’s corporate office is a vital role focused on delivering an exceptional first impression for all employees, clients, and visitors. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner, managing guest check-ins, and issuing visitor badges securely and efficiently. The associate maintains the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and ensures company policies regarding security and access control are upheld. Proficiency with basic computer systems and telephone tools is essential for carrying out administrative tasks and internal communication. Job Requirements

  • previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred

Job Duties
