Job Requirements

Bachelor of Arts degree or Associates of Arts degree equivalent from a two or four-year college
at least one year related experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
strong understanding and experience in customer service
excellent communication skills
ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of internal ordering systems preferred
commitment to delivering excellent customer service
participation in industry training

Job Qualifications
