Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree or Associates of Arts degree equivalent from a two or four-year college
  • at least one year related experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • strong understanding and experience in customer service
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of internal ordering systems preferred
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • participation in industry training

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts degree or Associates of Arts degree equivalent from a two or four-year college
  • at least one year related experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • strong understanding and experience in customer service
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong professional oral and written communication skills
  • knowledge of internal ordering systems or Hedberg
  • participation in industry training to keep product and services knowledge current
  • ability to manage multiple projects amid changing priorities
  • proven ability to serve diverse and demanding clients
  • critical contributor to team efforts

Job Duties

  • Attend sales calls with customer experience managers
  • co-create project schedules and budgets
  • foster relationships with manufacturer representatives
  • create and modify sales quotes
  • convert sales quotes to sales orders
  • verify vendor acknowledgments, costs, and delivery dates
  • prepare tracking reports and communicate order status
  • coordinate receipt, delivery, and installation of products
  • provide project management during major installation projects
  • maintain long-term client relationships and handle warranty claims
