Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree or Associates of Arts degree equivalent from a two or four-year college
- at least one year related experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong understanding and experience in customer service
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of internal ordering systems preferred
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- participation in industry training
Job Qualifications

- participation in industry training to keep product and services knowledge current
- ability to manage multiple projects amid changing priorities
- proven ability to serve diverse and demanding clients
- critical contributor to team efforts
Job Duties
- Attend sales calls with customer experience managers
- co-create project schedules and budgets
- foster relationships with manufacturer representatives
- create and modify sales quotes
- convert sales quotes to sales orders
- verify vendor acknowledgments, costs, and delivery dates
- prepare tracking reports and communicate order status
- coordinate receipt, delivery, and installation of products
- provide project management during major installation projects
- maintain long-term client relationships and handle warranty claims
