Job Description

Sodexo, a global leader in quality of life services, is seeking a Client Executive 2 - Healthcare Food Services to lead food service operations at MedStar Health, a prominent health system based in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The Client Executive 2 position supports the MedStar Health System operations, working in partnership with Sodexo which is renowned for delivering food service, catering, and facilities management with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

In the Client Executive 2 role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to MedStar Health and play a critical role in delivering exceptional food service operations. This responsibility includes overseeing the daily operations at various MedStar locations, ensuring that Sodexo’s service commitments are met with predictability, reliability, and consistency. You will ensure the successful execution of contractual obligations, achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and adherence to performance standards critical to maintaining high service quality.

In addition to operational leadership, you will coordinate all account activities including financial performance oversight, policy compliance, and ongoing employee development. Building and sustaining strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders is essential to this role. Your partnership with Sodexo senior leadership will also support client retention, business growth initiatives, and the development and management of annual business plans and budgets.

Financial stewardship is a core component of this role as you will monitor financial performance and deploy strategies to ensure strong fiscal outcomes. Leadership extends to developing frontline leaders and managerial teams to sustain operational excellence while identifying opportunities for business growth within existing client relationships.
