Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years functional experience in environmental services operations management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for customer service
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
  • Proficient computer skills and report management
  • Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years functional experience in environmental services operations management
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact from frontline to C-suite
  • Business development skills to identify and target growth opportunities
  • Financial and creative problem-solving acumen
  • Experience with culinary production and safety and sanitation compliance preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills and report management experience
  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC) preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs
  • Have direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: predictable, reliable, and repeatable
  • Lead business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions with client stakeholders
  • Provide oversight of all assigned contracts or service components, ensuring consistent delivery across multiple sites
  • Drive operational performance to meet or exceed KPIs, service level agreements, and quality expectations
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and Sodexo policies
