Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 1 for UC Health Medical Center located in Cincinnati, OH. This role is integral to leading and managing the healthcare operations at client sites, ensuring that all services exceed quality standards and client expectations. The Client Executive will act as a trusted advisor to client partners, driving operational excellence and actively engaging with stakeholders to maintain high levels of satisfaction for both the client and patients. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- Minimum of 5 years functional experience in environmental services operations management
- Strong leadership skills

Job Duties
- Act as a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs
- Have direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: predictable, reliable, and repeatable
- Lead business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions with client stakeholders
- Provide oversight of all assigned contracts or service components, ensuring consistent delivery across multiple sites
- Drive operational performance to meet or exceed KPIs, service level agreements, and quality expectations
- Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and Sodexo policies
