Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 1 for UC Health Medical Center located in Cincinnati, OH. This role is integral to leading and managing the healthcare operations at client sites, ensuring that all services exceed quality standards and client expectations. The Client Executive will act as a trusted advisor to client partners, driving operational excellence and actively engaging with stakeholders to maintain high levels of satisfaction for both the client and patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead business reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic planning sessions, ultimately delivering predictable, reliable, and repeatable service commitments. The role involves oversight of multiple contracts and service components across various sites, emphasizing compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental services operations management, experience working across multiple sites, and a proven track record of leadership excellence. Communication skills are paramount, with the ability to engage from frontline team members to C-suite executives. Additionally, candidates will possess business development acumen to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate financial and creative problem-solving skills. Preference is given to professionals with culinary production experience and knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance. Proficiency in facilities management systems, report management, and computer skills is also highly valued.
