Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • at least 1 year of administrative or PwC experience

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • clear written and verbal communication skills
  • positive and collaborative team environment
  • experience in administrative support or customer service
  • ability to provide virtual administrative support
  • experience with travel arrangements and expense entry
  • ability to identify and address client needs

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support virtually and in office or client sites as required
  • demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools
  • utilize emerging mobile and virtual support technologies
  • leverage collaboration platforms such as Teams and Zoom
  • work collaboratively and effectively in various settings
  • support a global network of professional services firms
  • drive a differentiated client experience aligned with firm service standards
  • proactively anticipate client needs and resolve issues with urgency and discretion
  • monitor requests and follow through to completion with a high degree of accountability
