Job Description

Honey Birdette, a luxury lifestyle brand offering high-end lingerie and premium bedroom accessories, is seeking a Client Concierge Specialist to elevate in-store appointments and drive engagement across their boutiques. This role involves managing VIP client relationships, curating in-store events, creating engaging social media content, leading client loyalty initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, coaching boutique teams, analyzing client engagement, driving innovation in client experience, and reporting on performance and insights. The ideal candidate will be based out of Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA.

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • experience in a retail, client-facing, or customer service role
  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with sales principles
