Job Duties
- Greet clients warmly and make them feel seen, heard, and supported from day one
- Guide clients through their visits, including weigh-ins and progress assessments
- Clearly explain our personalized programs and cutting-edge treatments
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping clients aligned with their goals
- Assist with celebrating client milestones, and promote their stories to create community awareness
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and answers to client inquiries
- Work closely with the General Manager and medical team to ensure smooth operations
- Coach clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
