Job Description

Juniper Wealth Management is a leading retirement planning firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, recognized as one of the fastest-growing financial advisory companies in the region. Dedicated to helping individuals and families retire with confidence, this firm offers conservative financial strategies, tax-efficient planning, and exceptional client service. Juniper Wealth Management prides itself on a positive company culture that values professionalism, growth, and meaningful impact. The team works diligently to support one another, celebrate collective successes, and guide clients through important financial decisions with integrity and care.

The Client Concierge & Events Coordinator role at Juniper Wealth Management is a pivotal, multifaceted position within the firm. This is not a traditional receptionist role; rather, it is highly visible and integral to shaping the client experience from the moment they engage with the firm. The successful candidate will be a people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship building, and takes pride in creating seamless, memorable experiences for clients and prospects alike.

This full-time in-office position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, accompanied by quarterly bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. The Coordinator will serve as the face of Juniper Wealth Management, greeting clients and visitors warmly while managing a broad scope of responsibilities. These include coordinating educational dinner seminars and retirement workshops, managing appointment scheduling and confirmations, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the client and prospect journey.

Working closely alongside the Founder and Financial Advisors, the Client Concierge & Events Coordinator plays a central role in onboarding new clients, maintaining ongoing client engagement programs such as birthday and appreciation initiatives, and assisting with the meticulous upkeep of records in the firm's CRM system. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing any details.

Event coordination is a significant aspect of this position, requiring the management of RSVPs, attendee communications, and on-site event support. The Coordinator will actively participate in evening workshops and seminars, greeting guests and helping to facilitate appointment setting to maximize client engagement. Additionally, the role involves prospect follow-up, where the Coordinator contacts those who have requested information online or attended events, working to build rapport and schedule qualified appointments with advisors.

On the marketing front, this individual supports seminar marketing campaigns, assists with email invitation coordination, aids social media and community outreach efforts, and collaborates with external vendors and agency partners to ensure event collateral and presentation materials are prepared and effective.

Successful candidates for this role typically have more than two years of relevant experience in client service, hospitality, event planning, or administrative coordination. Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial but not mandatory. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role suits someone naturally positive and energetic, comfortable talking with people throughout the day, and motivated by helping others.

Juniper Wealth Management offers a dynamic work environment with substantial opportunities for professional growth and development. Employees enjoy a welcoming culture, paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, birthday time off, and performance bonuses. Scheduled Monday through Friday with occasional evening events, this position provides a balanced work-life experience while being part of a fast-expanding financial advisory firm committed to excellence and client success.
