Job Requirements
- Education level not specified
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Residency in NJ/Philadelphia area
- Availability for full-time work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Willingness to work on-site
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication skills - warm, clear, and professional on the phone and in person
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM platforms a plus
- Interest in financial services or wealth management a plus
Job Duties
- Answer inbound client calls and serve as a warm, professional first point of contact
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive, creating a strong first impression
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings - phone calls, Zoom sessions, and in-person appointments
- Prepare meeting prep sheets so advisors are ready and clients feel remembered
- Upload and maintain scanned meeting notes and documents
- Monitor and order office supplies to keep the office running smoothly
