The Client Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences from the moment they walk in or interact over the phone. This role involves warmly greeting clients, offering basic education about the spa’s wide variety of services, managing front desk duties such as patient check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, overseeing inventory, and maintaining a clean and professional environment throughout the facility. The Client Concierge works closely with providers and managers to assist with scheduling and maintaining appointment books, all while adhering to company policies to maintain streamlined processes.
Strong communication skills, proper etiquette, and an enthusiastic, friendly personality are essential to this role. The ability to multitask efficiently, be attentive to client needs, remain flexible to the dynamic demands of the business, and work collaboratively as part of a team are also crucial. Candidates must demonstrate strong ethical standards, maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and exhibit sound judgment and problem-solving abilities. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, reach above shoulder height, and push or pull up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience
- availability to work weekends
- previous med spa or medical office experience preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to communicate with proper etiquette
- ability to multitask and remain attentive to clients
- strong team collaboration skills
- enthusiastic and energetic personality
- ability to maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA
