The role of a Laser Technician at It's A Secret Med Spa is pivotal in delivering exceptional aesthetic care tailored to meet each client's unique needs. This position involves performing a wide range of advanced laser and aesthetic services including laser hair removal, photo-facials, derma-planning, SkinPen microneedling with and without PRP, facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacial treatments. Additionally, the Laser Technician will provide body contouring services such as CoolSculpting, all while adhering to strict medical protocols and state regulations. Working closely with mid-level providers, the Laser Technician ensures excellent customer satisfaction by offering customized treatment plans, conducting thorough consultations, and maintaining a clean, professional treatment environment. The role also includes administrative responsibilities such as accurate and timely charting, inventory management, and assisting with training peers and new hires to uphold company standards.
