The role available is for a Client Service Specialist who will play a pivotal part in managing customer relations and supporting the smooth operation of daily services. This full-time position, based at the franchise office located in the Scottsdale Air Park area, requires a professional who is outgoing, friendly, and highly organized. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a bustling office environment where multitasking and excellent communication skills are key to success.

As a Client Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be scheduling and lead management. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, managing communications and organizing work schedules for the skilled Service Professionals who perform the on-site handyman tasks. Your role will also encompass managing customer expectations by guiding them through their home repair projects, ensuring clear communication and continuous updates about the progress of their service requests.

Creating long-lasting relationships with customers is a fundamental objective of your role.
