This full-time role for a Client Concierge is a vital part of the hospital support team. The Client Concierge serves as an essential liaison between clients and the veterinary care teams, ensuring that every client's experience is positive, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit. Working alongside the Client Service Representatives (CSR) and other hospital departments, the concierge will manage client interactions with empathy and professionalism, keeping clients updated with patient status, assisting with visit check-ins, and addressing hospitality requests. Additionally, the concierge helps manage client expectations regarding the triage and treatment process, explains financial assistance options, and ensures all client needs are conveniently met.

The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage sensitive situations involving worried or distressed pet owners. By facilitating smooth visit flow and acting as a hospital concierge responsible for welcoming clients, providing information about local amenities, and offering a calming presence, the Client Concierge is integral to maintaining the hospital's reputation for outstanding client service.
