Job Description

Five Points Pet Resort, located in Vass, North Carolina, is a premier pet care facility renowned for its exceptional dedication to the well-being and happiness of pets. Established in 2004, the resort has built a reputation for providing a safe, engaging, and loving environment where pets are treated like family. The resort specializes in boarding, daycare, and grooming services, constantly striving to create a space where each pet feels comfortable, entertained, and well cared for. Over the years, Five Points Pet Resort has received continuous recognition from the community, proudly winning the Best of Pines award for Best Place to Board Your Pet for ten consecutive years. This accolade reflects the high standards of care, creativity, and trustworthiness imparted by the staff and management, making the resort a trusted choice for pet owners.

The resort focuses on an enterprise-driven approach, ensuring that every service provided aligns with the needs and expectations of its clientele. By prioritizing customer satisfaction, the resort maintains a culture of excellence, where innovation meets compassionate pet care. Employees at Five Points Pet Resort benefit from a supportive work environment where their contributions are valued, and competitive compensation packages alongside fantastic perks are offered, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.

The role of the Client Care Specialist at the Vass location is not your average front desk position. This sales-driven and outgoing role demands a unique blend of relationship-building skills, client service expertise, and a passion for pets. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in the guest experience, not only checking pets in and out of boarding, daycare, and grooming services but also actively engaging with pet owners to recommend and sell service packages, activities, and suite upgrades. Your ability to communicate clearly and transparently with pet parents is critical, as it builds trust and ensures that pet owners feel confident and comfortable leaving their pets in the resort's care.

This role involves multiple responsibilities including answering phone calls and emails professionally, managing reservations, safely handling dogs and cats, and maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby and front desk area. Accuracy in processing payments and attention to detail when managing client information are also key components of the job. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong client service experience, proven sales ability, and an outgoing personality characterized by excellent communication and professionalism. Patience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential to thrive in this dynamic role.

In essence, joining Five Points Pet Resort as a Client Care Specialist means becoming a vital member of a team that deeply cares about pets and their owners. It is an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your sales skills and client care expertise directly contribute to the happiness and safety of the resort's furry guests and the satisfaction of their parents. If you have a love for animals, a confident sales approach, and a drive to provide exceptional client service, this position offers competitive hourly wages and commission opportunities that reward your dedication and success.
