Job Description

Klipsch Senior Care, a part of the Home Instead network, is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping seniors live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Located in West Indianapolis, IN, this company focuses on delivering compassionate, personalized care that meets the unique needs of each senior and their family. With an emphasis on empathy, respect, and integrity, Klipsch Senior Care supports not only the seniors they serve but also their families, providing peace of mind during challenging times. The organization prides itself on a collaborative, values-driven culture where every team member plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and making a meaningful impact in the community. It operates with a commitment to excellence and growth, always striving to expand the reach and quality of care they provide.

The role of Client Care Coordinator at Klipsch Senior Care in West Indianapolis is a full-time position that centers on being the crucial link between families in need of care and the services that can support them. This position is ideal for individuals who have a genuine desire to make a difference and possess strong interpersonal skills, particularly in listening, empathy, and problem-solving. In this role, the Client Care Coordinator works closely with Care Advisors to manage client inquiries, ensuring that no family feels neglected or overwhelmed during their search for care solutions. You are the trusted point of contact who builds meaningful relationships through in-depth care consultations that assess each client's unique care requirements and result in personalized service plans. These plans not only address immediate needs but also evolve with the client, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and well-being. The position carries responsibility for maintaining long-term client relationships by facilitating introductions, handling communication, and performing regular quality assurance visits to adapt care as needed. This aspect highlights the importance of attention to detail, follow-through, and a heartfelt commitment to clients' well-being. Additionally, the role involves resolving issues with care and advocating for clients and their families, embodying the core values of empathy, caring, respect, love, and integrity in every interaction.

This role offers real growth potential tied to measurable goals, such as a 12.5% year-over-year increase in hours of care delivered. However, success is driven not through hard selling but through authentic, trust-based consultations and responsive service. The position requires excellent organizational skills, self-direction, and flexibility, including some evening or weekend availability and travel within West Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Candidates do not need a polished sales background or advanced degree but must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related business experience, whether in sales, client services, healthcare, social work, or community outreach. Comfort with technology, including client care systems and Microsoft Office, is necessary, with training provided. As a part of a small, close-knit team, the Client Care Coordinator works directly with the franchise owner in a supportive environment grounded in shared values and a powerful mission. This opportunity is perfect for those who want to be part of something meaningful, helping seniors live better lives at home and providing families with peace of mind, while also pursuing professional growth and development.
