Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Providing excellent customer service skills is required
- Knowledge of basic office equipment including fax, copier, printers, keyboards and answering phones preferred
- Previous business services or mail service experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred
- Must have open availability
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the property and provides AAA four diamond service
- Assist guests with basic property questions and provide guests with the information requested
- Assist guests with safety deposit boxes
- Assist guests with shipping and receiving packages, faxes, and mail
- Assist guests with basic business needs such as supplies or access to the business service suite
- Answer phone calls from guests and provide assistance when necessary
- Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department
