Job Requirements

Must wear slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel
Must wear hairnets or hats as required
Ability to safely use safety cutters and standard pizza restaurant equipment including sheeter, vertical cutting mixer, pizza and dough cutter, dough mixer, knives, ovens
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly
Ability to perform overhead lifting, climb, balance and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to sit, crawl, smell, and lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to see close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, adjust focus, and distinguish colors
Ability to work in environments with risk of electrical shock, wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, extreme cold from freezers and coolers, and extreme heat from ovens
Basic language skills to read and write simple instructions and correspondence

Food Handlers Certificate provided at restaurant level
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Job Duties

Serve customers according to customer service standards, priority guidelines, and telephone and front counter procedures
Prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures shown on station job helpers
Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain standards for the restaurant's image
Process information and products through computer system and POS register system
Follow safety and security procedures as defined by local policies, guidelines, and government agencies
Follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by management
Act as NFI's representative both within the restaurant and within the community
Perform other duties as assigned
