As a driving force for a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable world, ABM offers essential services and performance solutions that enhance the spaces and environments that matter most. The company’s comprehensive offerings range from janitorial and engineering to parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical, landscape and turf, and mission-critical solutions. Serving a wide variety of industries including commercial office buildings, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and entertainment venues, ABM operates through over 350 offices across the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international locations, staffed by more than 100,000 team members. Founded in 1909, ABM generates annualized revenue approaching $8 billion and is committed to sustainability, innovation, and superior customer service. The company also has a strong commitment to equal opportunity employment and disabled veterans, maintains participation in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program, and proudly supports military-friendly hiring practices with comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities.

The role in question focuses on parking customer service functions within ABM's operations, an integral part of ensuring smooth and efficient parking management that supports client facilities and their daily functioning. The role also requires coordinating with enforcement or operations staff to handle citations or access issues, supporting special event parking or validation requests, and reporting any equipment or access problems to supervisors.

This customer-facing role demands attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with parking management software and payment procedures. Candidates should be experienced in managing multiple tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
