Job Requirements

  • ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • experience with basic office software applications

  • availability to work full-time hours Monday through Friday
  • ability to comply with telework requirements including secure high-speed internet connection and approved work location within Pennsylvania

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • strong typing and computer skills
  • proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office
  • good organizational and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • willingness to learn and participate in training sessions

Job Duties

  • prepare various forms letters and other case records and administrative documents by typing from handwritten copy or dictated materials to assist professional staff
  • maintain all filing systems by keeping them updated and all files organized and needed information easily accessible
  • participate in training sessions assigned by the supervisor to become more knowledgeable of computer system clerical techniques departmental and office procedures and use of office equipment
  • assist staff with the preparation of itineraries daily activities reports and ground travel worksheets
  • complete travel expense vouchers in accordance with CWOPA policies
  • provide assistance to staff with disabilities as directed by management for job accommodations
  • share reception duties by answering all calls and routing them to the proper person to provide the best possible service to the caller
