We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a House Attendant, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring that every corner of our hotel sparkles. Your role is vital in maintaining top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across all public areas and guest facilities, ensuring that everything from lobbies and restrooms to carpets and furniture shines. This position requires a hands-on professional who can handle physical tasks efficiently while providing exceptional guest service with a warm and friendly attitude.
In this role, you will also be a key player in enhancing our guests' experience by responding promptly to requests, delivering items, and assisting with event setups that bring sparkle to our special occasions. You will support the housekeeping team and uphold safety and security standards by safeguarding sensitive areas and managing lost-and-found items with responsibility. The successful candidate will have an eagle eye for detail, remain calm under pressure, and show readiness to tackle any challenge.
