The Security Site Supervisor role at SCIS is a full-time position based in Irving, Texas, offering a competitive hourly wage of $27.00. This role is critical to the successful operation of security services on assigned sites, demanding a hands-on leader capable of managing both personnel and complex operational challenges. Working from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, the Security Site Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of contract security employees, ensuring compliance with company standards, client agreements, and industry regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients and employees, addressing concerns proactively and efficiently.

This role requires an individual with a solid background in security operations, preferably someone with prior military or law enforcement experience and proven supervisory capabilities. The Security Site Supervisor will coordinate hiring, training, development, and retention efforts in partnership with human resources and leadership to maintain a highly skilled, motivated workforce. Additionally, the supervisor will manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounting processes, and site access control, including badging requirements specific to the Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. Having an active DoD Secret Security Clearance is mandatory from the outset.

Candidates for this role must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with common office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
