The current opportunity is for a Cleared Security Site Supervisor based in Hanover, Maryland. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $36.50 and operates on a weekday shift from 1500 to 2300 hours, Monday through Friday. As a key leadership position within SCIS, the Cleared Security Site Supervisor will manage security operations at an assigned site, ensuring all protocols, policies, and regulations are strictly adhered to. The Cleared Security Site Supervisor will lead a team of contract security personnel and act as the primary point of contact between SCIS, its employees, and the clients. Job Requirements
- US citizenship
- Active TS/SCI security clearance issued by the NSA
- 2 years of prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
- 1 year of previous supervisory experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a MD Guard Card
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
