Job Description

Live Nation Entertainment is a global leader in live entertainment, widely recognized for its pivotal role in producing, marketing, and managing live music events. The company’s Concerts Division is the birthplace of tours, the platform where artists come alive, and the stage where fans experience unforgettable live music moments. Operating dozens of owned and operated amphitheaters along with a global touring team, Live Nation provides a dynamic environment that fosters creativity, passion, and community. Their expansive network stretches across Ticketing, Venue Operations, Marketing, and Sales, all working cohesively to ensure seamless concert experiences. What truly sets Live Nation apart is its vibrant culture — one that celebrates music and community while offering uplifting perks such as complimentary concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, and progressive benefits including student loan reimbursement and adoption/fertility support. These values have earned the company accolades like being certified as a Great Place to Work and recognized as one of People Magazine’s "50 Companies That Care."

The role of Porter - Cleaner Supervisor at Live Nation is a crucial part of maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety embraced by the company. This position requires individuals who are thorough, careful, and consistent in their work, as they are responsible for cleaning the venue after shows to adhere to management's standards while ensuring the venue remains secure during their presence on-site. This is a part-time, show-day role primarily demanding availability during the evenings and weekends, with pay starting at $20 per hour and potential to reach $25 per hour based on qualifications and experience. The role's importance cannot be overstated; the cleanliness and upkeep of the venue greatly influence guests' and artists' overall experience, impacting the reputation Live Nation holds in live event entertainment.

Duties range from routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies, and buffing mirrors and windows, to managing occasional heavy cleansing projects and notifying management about any deficiencies or repair needs. Given the high traffic and diverse nature of concerts, the role demands adaptability, strong teamwork, and a professional approach to workplace etiquette and occupational health and safety regulations. Beyond physical cleaning, the position is also about taking stewardship of the environment, ensuring that guest and artist areas remain free of debris and trash, and that all supply rooms are adequately stocked and maintained. This hands-on role embodies a spirit of service and dedication, contributing significantly to Live Nation’s mission of delivering exceptional live music experiences.

Joining Live Nation as a Porter - Cleaner Supervisor means more than just securing a job — it means becoming part of a community that values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. The company actively supports applicants from all backgrounds and provides reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities or special needs, demonstrating commitment to an inclusive workplace. This role offers flexibility and the chance to work in an exciting environment where your efforts directly enhance the magic of live concerts. It is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy being part of a team that brings moments of joy and inspiration to thousands of concertgoers. Live Nation encourages growth, learning, and development, promising not just a job but a career path where passion meets opportunity in the music industry.
