The Porter – Cleaner position at Live Nation is a vital part-time role primarily active on show days with varying hours, mostly during evenings and weekends. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of venue facilities following events, ensuring that the space meets the high standards set by management. The starting pay for this position is $20 per hour, reflecting the importance of maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for guests and artists alike. Cleaners in this role are expected to be thorough, consistent, and careful in executing their duties, which include sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, sanitizing restrooms, restocking necessary supplies like toilet paper and soap, and ensuring that all public and artist-facing areas remain free of debris.   • must be able to stand walk for extended periods of time climb stairs
  • must have reliable transportation may be required to work until after public transit has ceased for the day night
  • must be able to lift up to 55lbs
  • must be able to work evenings into overnight and weekends
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • a strong sense of teamwork

Job Duties

  • Clean stock and supply designated facility locations
  • sweep mop floors and vacuum carpets
  • wash and sanitize toilets sinks and showers
  • restock toilet paper paper towels soap sanitizer etc
  • clean and buff mirrors and windows
  • keep all guest and artist facing areas clear of debris and trash
  • carry out occasional heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • ensure supply rooms areas are fully stocked and maintained
  • practice professional workplace etiquette
  • follow all health and safety regulations
