Proven experience as a cleaner
must be able to stand walk for extended periods of time climb stairs
must have reliable transportation may be required to work until after public transit has ceased for the day night
must be able to lift up to 55lbs
must be able to work evenings into overnight and weekends
excellent written and verbal communication skills
a strong sense of teamwork
