Job Requirements
- Must live within 15 miles of Spring Branch/Memorial/Energy Corridor
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to stay active throughout the entire shift
- Capable of lifting 30 pounds safely
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable with physical labor and active work
- Driver's license preferred
Job Duties
- Clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently
- Walk, bend, scrub, and move continuously throughout shifts
- Interact respectfully and professionally with clients in their homes
- Follow training guidelines and safety procedures
- Maintain dependability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly
- Work independently while upholding company standards
