Job Duties
- Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures
- Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections
- Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attention
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
