We are currently seeking a full-time Cleaning Technician to join our team at CRM Residential. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning tasks across various common and private areas within our properties. This includes cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, restrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces to ensure they remain sanitary and inviting for all tenants and visitors. The Cleaning Technician will also assist with move-in and move-out cleaning to prepare units for new residents, which involves detailed sanitation and inspection duties.
