The role being offered is for a full-time Housekeeper position within this senior living community. This position is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of both common areas and individual resident living spaces, whether occupied or unoccupied. Housekeepers at Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek are responsible for a broad range of cleaning and maintenance duties that ensure the environment remains healthy and inviting. From dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures to washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, the tasks are varied and vital to daily operations.
Additional responsibilities include sweeping, scrubbing, waxing floors, vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting, re-stocking restroom facilities, changing linens, and handling trash collection. Cleanliness and attention to detail are paramount, and employees must work collaboratively within a team, often following directions from multiple supervisors to effectively carry out their duties. Given the nature of the community, employees may also be exposed directly or indirectly to infectious diseases or biological hazards, requiring a level of awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
