- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- valid driver’s license
- reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance
- pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
- pass in-office drug screening
- ability to work in a team or solo

- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- ensure client satisfaction through detail-oriented cleaning services
