Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in industrial or construction cleaning preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Residency in the Clarksville area
- Ability to work full-time
- Strong physical stamina
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of newly constructed residential homes, vacant apartments, vacant dorms, and commercial offices
- Remove construction debris, dust, and residue from all surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas
- Wash windows, walls, and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- polish surfaces as needed
- Ensure all areas are free of dust, dirt, and smudges
- Safely handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and G Home management using our FSM Zuper
- Report any damage or issues found during cleaning
