Located in Atlanta Midtown, Georgia, the Topgolf venue is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join their team in Venue Operations. This role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility to ensure a safe and inviting environment for guests and employees. The position involves various custodial and maintenance tasks that contribute directly to the venue’s operational excellence and the overall guest experience. As a Venue Operations team member at Topgolf, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing different areas including restrooms, dining spaces, and kitchen environments, ensuring all spaces meet high standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires an individual who is physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties consistently and efficiently. Attention to detail is paramount to uphold the venue’s standards and to support the health and safety guidelines mandated by regulatory agencies. You will also be responsible for waste management by emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal, as well as performing floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
In addition to cleaning duties, maintaining supply levels, communicating inventory needs, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns are part of the routine responsibilities. This position supports the overall operational smoothness by helping to create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and comfortable. Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue including restrooms dining areas and kitchen spaces
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
