Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow safety protocols
Reliable and able to work in person

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning practices
Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and general upkeep procedures is a plus

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate techniques such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming
Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and sanitizing high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs
Conduct specialized cleaning tasks such as industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance as needed to support operational efficiency
Assist with custodial responsibilities like replenishing supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment to ensure readiness for daily tasks
Support floor care activities including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance of all flooring surfaces
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and visitors
Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
