The role available at the HomeGoods Store in Charlotte, NC, focuses on maintaining a clean and organized store environment with an emphasis on floor care. This position involves operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. The role requires adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The employee will be cross-trained to support multiple areas within the store to meet business needs effectively. Key responsibilities include upholding the company’s customer experience standards through positive interaction with both internal team members and external customers.

This position encourages a positive store culture embodying honesty, integrity, and respect, while maintaining cleanliness standards across sales floors, backrooms, associate lounges, and restrooms. The role requires compliance with all health and safety policies, stock refilling in key areas, and support for front-end operations as needed.
