At the HomeGoods Store 0367 located in Delray Beach, FL, TJX is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a primary focus on floor care. This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. The role involves operational tasks such as running floor scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows to uphold the store's cleanliness standards. Employees in this position will also uphold loss prevention practices, operational policies, and adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and associates.
