At the HomeGoods Store 0367 located in Delray Beach, FL, TJX is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a primary focus on floor care. This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. The role involves operational tasks such as running floor scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows to uphold the store's cleanliness standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as scrubbers and buffers
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Operate scrubber and buffer machines for floor maintenance
- Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Spot clean glass and windows throughout the store
- Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards in sales floor, backroom, restrooms, and associate lounge
- Adhere to health and safety policies including refilling essential items in various store areas
- Support front end coverage and other store departments as needed through cross-training
- Participate in store recovery and loss prevention practices
- Communicate effectively with management and associates
- Follow labor laws and company policies regarding breaks and meals
- Promote a safe work environment and participate in safety awareness activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
