Currently, M.O.R. Enterprise, LLC is seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join their team as Utility Person / Dishwasher. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence and cleanliness of the restaurant, directly impacting the guest experience. In this role, the Utility Person / Dishwasher will be responsible for delivering clean and sparkling silverware and dishes to guests, ensuring their seamless dining experience. The position requires attention to the sanitation and upkeep of the dining environment, including the inside of the restaurant, restrooms, and outdoor premises such as the parking lot and trash areas. The Utility Person / Dishwasher is expected to conduct comprehensive cleaning routines, organize the utility areas, and uphold compliance with local health department regulations.

Operational excellence is a core expectation, with responsibilities extending to stocking key areas such as Cook, Line, and Server stations with necessary materials like glasses and silverware. Maintaining organization and cleanliness in these zones is essential to support the smooth flow of restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial work helpful but not required

Job Duties

  • provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
  • cleans the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
  • cleans around the outside of the building and the parking lot
  • checks, cleans, and stocks the rest rooms
  • empties trash into the dumpster and keeps the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
  • thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area
  • performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
