This role is for a Cleaner Lead position based in Delafield, located on Hillside Drive, with work hours scheduled Monday through Friday from 7 pm to 1:30 am. As a Cleaner Lead, the individual will be expected to oversee cleaning tasks, ensuring that all duties are performed to the highest standards. The Cleaner Lead will be responsible for essential cleaning functions such as vacuuming, trash and recycling collection, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors, restroom cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces. Leadership responsibilities include guiding team members, maintaining quality control, and reporting to management. Physical demands of the role include the ability to lift weights regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and availability by telephone are essential for timely communication and job performance. The candidate must also be adept at following both verbal and written instructions to ensure that all cleaning operations align with company policies and client expectations.
