This role is for a Cleaner I position at Stryker, designed to support manufacturing operations by maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of products, tools, and equipment. This entry-level position is vital in ensuring that all materials and machinery adhere to established cleaning procedures and quality standards. The Cleaner I role requires precision, consistency, and a strong focus on safety and compliance, playing an essential part in maintaining production readiness and supporting the overall manufacturing process. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with overtime available as needed. The compensation includes a competitive hourly rate of $20.25 plus a $1.00 shift premium, along with eligibility for bonuses and a robust benefits package.
In this position, the Cleaner I will engage in routine, hands-on tasks such as cleaning products, tooling, and equipment using established procedures and work instructions. They will operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals according to guidelines, emphasizing safety at all times.
