Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to take direction and work in team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service
- knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills
- ability to independently lift up to 15 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- hand-eye coordination
- ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
- ability to push and pull
- ability to lift overhead
- ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
- assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
- put away orders and deliveries
- assist in cooking chicken and basic food preparation
- work cooperatively with the team to exceed guest expectations
