Job Requirements
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- must be willing to sign up with the 32BJ Union and pay the required monthly union dues
- high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation
- physical ability to lift 10 plus pounds regularly
- bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
- ability to climb stairs
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred
- knowledge of floor care and floor care machine operation a plus
- experience in window cleaning is beneficial
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- willing to sign up with the 32BJ Union and pay monthly union dues
Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- dusting
- glass cleaning
- empty trash
- restocking paper products
- conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety
- adhere to safety procedures while operating cleaning machinery and handling chemicals
