Mountain States Property Management (MSPM) is a reputable property management company that oversees a diverse portfolio of residential communities, including apartments, townhomes, and commercial spaces. With a strong emphasis on community building, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence, MSPM strives to provide exceptional living environments and well-maintained properties across the regions it serves. The company is known for its dedication to professionalism, inclusivity, and fostering positive relationships with both residents and employees. MSPM champions core values that focus on respect, integrity, service, and continuous improvement, making it a preferred employer and trusted business partner in property management.
Seasons at Library Square is one of the vibrant communities managed by MSPM, offering well-maintained residences combined with thoughtful community amenities. At Seasons at Library Square, maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the property is essential to ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike. This commitment to quality upkeep forms a key part of the property’s reputation and residents' overall satisfaction.
The Cleaner II role is a full-time position reporting directly to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. This role is critical in preserving the visual appeal and overall ambiance of the Seasons at Library Square property. As a Cleaner II, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all shared areas, common spaces, and apartments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This includes routine cleaning duties, as well as deeper cleaning tasks during tenant move-outs to prepare units for new residents within company timeframes.
The position demands a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities extend beyond basic cleaning and include a proactive approach to property appearance, vigilance in identifying maintenance concerns, and a commitment to enhancing resident experience through cleanliness and order. You will be expected to handle a wide variety of duties, such as vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, floor cleaning, and handling cleaning tasks in various communal areas including fitness rooms, offices, theaters, game rooms, pool areas, pet boutiques, and more.
Additionally, the Cleaner II is responsible for reporting any misuse or violations of community rules, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with residents and colleagues, and assisting at sister properties as needed. The role also involves working in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, snow removal, and other maintenance-related duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in creating clean, safe, and inviting environments. Mountain States Property Management values employees who share its commitment to excellence and community, offering a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement in property management services. If you possess a good work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute positively to a community, the Cleaner II position at Seasons at Library Square is the perfect fit for you.
